Calling all past FNFVF Filmmakers!

First Nations Film and Video Festival Inc is celebrating 35 years of FNFVF! Established in 1990 by Every Moeser (Menominee), we have since grown to 2 festivals a year and an online roundtable program and outdoor screening, with more to come.

As we celebrate the 35th at this fall's festival, we invite your participation in submitting a short video clip from you!

VIDEO GUIDELINES:

1) MUST be a past filmmaker accepted by FNFVF.

2) Video must be no longer that 3-minutes. NOTE: we will edit it down for soundbytes.

3) You can film yourself with this message:

a. Who you are, your tribe, maybe mention some of the films of yours we screened

b. Why the FNFVF is important to your filmmaking as a member of your tribe

c. OPTIONAL congratulatory message for the 35th FNFVF

d. Closing remark

Provide a high-quality video - ie: good lighting, 1080p, good composition.

You can submit using the form below, or send a download link (with password if necessary) to: info@fnfvf by September 15th.

These will be edited into a reel that will play at the front of the programs for the 35th FNFVF. But we may use it to complete a video slate to open all programs in the future.

PERMISSIONS:

By submitting a video, you grant us your permission to use the video file and the image of yourself therein for future promotional images. We will not grant reuse permissions to third-party organizations.
